Youth Sports

The IOWA Foundation aims to increase participation, access and equity in youth sports across Iowa. We do so by hosting free camps and clinics. We also partner with other organizations to provide scholarships to camps, clinics and leagues. We provide athletes and teams donated equipment for those facing financial barriers to entry.

Camps & Clinics

The IOWA Foundation has hosted two basketball clinics in partnership with the We Will Collective as well as providing scholarships for the Rally for Reid Football Camp. In an effort in increase girls participation in sports, we also hosted a Girls Wrestling Clinic with the Grand View Women's Wrestling Team.

In 2023 we launched a free Youth Running Program and partnered with TnT Camps to provide a football camp to 400 youth in Des Moines. We will host two TnT Camps in 2024 and continue the Youth Running Program.
